About this unit

A six-bay desktop NAS built around a quad-core AMD Ryzen V1500B with 4 GB of ECC DDR4 (expandable to 32 GB), four 1GbE ports and a PCIe Gen3 x8 expansion slot for 10GbE or SSD cache cards. Two NVMe M.2 slots and support for up to sixteen drives via two DX517 expansion units make it suited to small-business file serving, backup and media workflows. Sold as an enclosure only: verify drive trays, keys, power supply and fan condition, and note that any installed drives will carry their own separate hours of use.
